Terms of Use
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If a purchase, download, subscription, partnership, or other feature is presented with additional terms, those additional terms also apply to that feature and control if they conflict with these Terms.
1. About MondayHub and Scope
MondayHub is the home of The Philosophy of Monday, a 12-week practice for reclaiming time, attention, and rhythm, and the related M.O.O.N. Method (Mind · Oxygen · Outlook · Now). The Website may include The Monday Journal, The Monday Note, M.O.O.N. Cards, book excerpts, reflective practices, articles, downloadable resources, educational materials, and information about books, products, partnerships, or services.
The Website is intended for reading, reflection, education, and personal practice. It is not a productivity platform, therapy service, medical service, legal service, financial service, or substitute for qualified professional advice.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use the Website only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use paid, subscription, or download features only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Website is not directed to children under 13.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the Website, violate another person’s rights, compromise security, or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or relationship with MondayHub.
3. Educational and Reflective Content; No Professional Advice
MondayHub content may discuss attention, time, rhythm, beginnings, reflection, emotion, body awareness, rest, stillness, learning, service, decision-making, relationships with technology, and other aspects of ordinary life. This material is provided for general informational, educational, literary, and reflective purposes only.
Nothing on the Website constitutes medical, mental-health, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Use of the Website does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, coaching, or other professional relationship. Seek qualified professional guidance when your circumstances require it.
MondayHub does not promise or guarantee any particular personal, professional, health, financial, productivity, wellbeing, relationship, or other outcome from using the Website, reading The Philosophy of Monday, or following any practice or resource.
4. Intellectual Property and Limited Personal License
The Website and its original text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, layouts, logos, downloadable materials, design elements, and other content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Depending on the material, rights may be owned by Vitalii Korobov, Living With AI LLC, or their respective licensors.
The Philosophy of Monday and excerpts from the book are copyrighted works of Vitalii Korobov. MondayHub, The Philosophy of Monday, M.O.O.N. Method, M.O.O.N. Cards, and related names, logos, visual elements, and source-identifying features may also be protected by trademark, copyright, trade-dress, unfair-competition, or other applicable laws.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Website for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use. If a page expressly permits a free chapter, PDF, M.O.O.N. resource, or other file to be downloaded, you may retain a personal-use copy and make reasonable personal printouts.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law gives you and that cannot lawfully be waived, including applicable fair-use or other statutory exceptions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Prohibited Uses
Unless MondayHub gives prior written permission, or applicable law expressly permits the activity despite these Terms, you may not:
- republish, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, commercially exploit, or create commercial derivative products from a substantial portion of protected Website content;
- share, resell, upload, or distribute paid or downloadable materials in a way that substitutes for an authorized copy or purchase;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, watermark, rights-management, or other proprietary notices;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, systematically extract, text-mine, or create datasets, embeddings, vector databases, or other structured collections from protected Website content for commercial use or model development;
- use protected Website content to train, fine-tune, ground, benchmark, evaluate, or otherwise develop a generative-AI, machine-learning, or similar model or system without prior written permission;
- circumvent technical restrictions, probe vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access to the Website or related systems;
- use the Website or MondayHub branding in a deceptive, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading manner, including falsely implying sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation.
The automated-use restrictions above do not prohibit ordinary indexing of publicly available pages by recognized search engines when performed in accordance with our robots.txt, metadata, and other technical instructions.
6. Editorial Process, AI-Assisted Content, and Accuracy
Some Website content may be created or refined with assistance from artificial intelligence (AI), machine-learning, or other automated tools. These tools may assist with research organization, idea development, drafting, editing, translation, formatting, illustration, analysis, design, or technical and operational workflows. Use of AI assistance does not necessarily mean that a work was produced solely by AI.
AI-assisted material may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or imperfect interpretations. MondayHub retains editorial control over what it publishes, but no human, editorial, AI-assisted, or technical process guarantees that all content will be complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. Readers should independently verify information when accuracy is important to a decision.
Where applicable law or the context of a specific piece of content requires an additional disclosure concerning synthetic, sponsored, endorsed, or materially altered content, MondayHub may provide a more specific disclosure with that content.
7. Marketing, Email, Affiliate, Sponsored, and Compensated Content
MondayHub may market or promote its own books, resources, products, services, partnerships, events, or other offerings through the Website and email communications. If you subscribe to The Monday Note, book updates, or another email feature, you authorize the communications described at sign-up. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in the message. Transactional or service messages related to a purchase, download, request, security issue, or other relationship you initiated may still be sent when appropriate.
Some Website links may be affiliate or referral links, which means MondayHub may receive a commission, referral fee, or other benefit if you click, purchase, sign up, or otherwise engage through the link. The Website and MondayHub communications may also include advertising, sponsored content, paid collaborations, partnerships, or other compensated commercial relationships. Compensation may consist of money, products, services, discounts, access, or other value.
When a material connection could reasonably affect how a reader evaluates a recommendation, endorsement, review, or promotional statement, MondayHub will disclose that connection as required by applicable law. Such disclosures will be made clearly and conspicuously, generally near the relevant content, statement, or link. A general disclosure in these Terms does not replace a disclosure that should accompany a specific compensated recommendation.
Compensation does not make MondayHub responsible for a third party’s products, services, claims, pricing, availability, or conduct. Any purchase from or interaction with a third party remains subject to that third party’s terms and policies.
8. Free Resources, Digital Products, Purchases, and Refunds
MondayHub may offer free excerpts or downloads and, if and when available, digital products, paid resources, services, or other offerings. Availability, format, features, pricing, taxes, delivery terms, license terms, and refund or cancellation rules may vary and will be described at the relevant product, checkout, or offer page when applicable.
Purchases made through Amazon or another third-party retailer, marketplace, payment provider, or platform are governed by that third party’s transaction terms, refund rules, privacy practices, and customer-service procedures. MondayHub does not control those third-party policies.
For a purchase made directly from MondayHub, any product-specific refund, return, cancellation, or access terms shown at checkout or on the applicable offer page are part of the transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right or remedy provided by applicable law.
9. Third-Party Websites, Retailers, and Services
The Website may link to, embed, or rely on third-party retailers, payment processors, email providers, analytics services, hosting providers, media platforms, social networks, technology providers, or other services. A link, embed, integration, or reference does not mean that MondayHub controls that third party or guarantees its content, products, security, privacy practices, availability, or performance.
Your use of a third-party site or service is at your discretion and is subject to that third party’s terms and policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MondayHub is not responsible for losses caused by a third party’s acts, omissions, systems, products, services, or policies.
10. Communications, Feedback, and Submissions
You may contact MondayHub through email, forms, or other channels made available on the Website. Do not submit confidential, privileged, proprietary, or highly sensitive information through a general contact channel unless MondayHub has specifically agreed in writing to receive it on that basis.
You retain ownership of material you submit. By sending a message or request, you authorize MondayHub to use and process the submission as reasonably necessary to respond, provide the requested service, maintain security and records, and comply with law. MondayHub will not publish a testimonial, review, article, image, or other user submission merely because it was sent through a general contact channel; publication rights should be addressed in a separate consent or agreement.
11. Website Availability, Updates, and Security
MondayHub may edit, reorganize, update, remove, suspend, or discontinue Website content, links, downloads, products, or features at any time. References to a product, format, resource, retailer, price, or feature do not guarantee present or future availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, or that the Website will always be free from harmful code or technical defects. You are responsible for maintaining reasonable device security, current software, and appropriate backups.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and all content, downloads, products, and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the extent legally permitted, this includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and quiet enjoyment.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law and do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living With AI LLC, Vitalii Korobov, and, where applicable, their respective members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and affiliates (collectively, the “MondayHub Parties”) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Website, reliance on Website content, use of a practice or download, or interaction with a third-party service.
To the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the aggregate liability of the MondayHub Parties for claims arising out of or relating to the Website or a direct MondayHub transaction will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to MondayHub for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) US $100.
These limitations do not apply to liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, and they do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the MondayHub Parties from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes or violates another person’s rights. This section does not require you to indemnify a MondayHub Party for that party’s own unlawful conduct where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.
15. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the MondayHub Privacy Policy. Specific forms, services, analytics tools, affiliate technologies, payment processes, or email features may also provide additional privacy notices where appropriate.
16. Copyright Concerns
If you believe material available on MondayHub infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, contact hello@mondayhub.net and identify the copyrighted work, the material you believe is infringing, where it appears on the Website, your contact information, and the basis for your claim. MondayHub may request additional information and may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate.
This is a general copyright-contact process. The email address above should not be understood as a formally designated DMCA agent unless MondayHub separately completes any registration and public-posting requirements applicable to that status.
17. Suspension and Termination
MondayHub may restrict or terminate access to Website features when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, intellectual property, legal rights, or security, or when we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive.
18. Changes to These Terms
MondayHub may revise these Terms as the Website, products, law, or business practices change. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated or applicable law requires additional notice. If applicable law requires affirmative consent to a material change, MondayHub will seek that consent in the legally required manner.
19. Governing Law and General Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Living With AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply and cannot lawfully be waived. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve a dispute informally when doing so is practical and does not prejudice a legal deadline or request for urgent relief.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. MondayHub may assign these Terms in connection with a lawful reorganization, merger, sale, transfer of assets, or business succession.
These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and product- or feature-specific terms presented to you, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Website with respect to the subjects they cover.
