Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Living with AI LLC, which operates the MondayHub brand (“MondayHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit mondayhub.net, contact us, request or download a resource, subscribe to an email feature, make a purchase directly from us, or otherwise interact with services we control (collectively, the “Website”).
This Policy applies to personal information processed by Living with AI LLC through MondayHub. Third-party retailers, payment processors, social platforms, embedded services, affiliate partners, and other external services process information under their own privacy policies. Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Use and any shorter privacy notice presented where information is collected.
1. Who We Are and Scope
MondayHub is a brand operated by Living with AI LLC. Living with AI LLC is the legal entity responsible for the personal information described in this Policy to the extent applicable law assigns that responsibility.
MondayHub is the home of The Philosophy of Monday and related content and practices, including the M.O.O.N. Method, The Monday Journal, The Monday Note, M.O.O.N. Cards, book excerpts, downloadable resources, and related editorial or commercial features. This Policy covers the Website and direct communications or transactions controlled by Living with AI LLC. It does not govern an external service merely because MondayHub links to, embeds, references, or uses that service.
2. Personal Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the Website. We seek to collect only information reasonably related to the purposes described in this Policy.
- Contact and submission information: your name, email address, message, organization or professional details you choose to provide, and other information included in a contact, partnership, feedback, or support request.
- Subscription and download information: your email address, the resource or email feature requested, subscription status, marketing preferences, consent records where applicable, and unsubscribe or suppression records.
- Purchase and transaction information: if direct purchasing is offered, information such as your name, email address, billing or shipping details, product purchased, order amount, transaction status, and customer-service history. Payment-card information is generally collected and processed by the applicable payment provider rather than stored directly by MondayHub.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location derived from technical information, language, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, dates and times, interactions with Website features, cookie or similar identifiers, and diagnostic, security, or server-log information.
- Referral and marketing information: information about how you arrived at the Website, whether an affiliate or referral link was used, campaign or attribution identifiers, and limited information that a retailer, affiliate network, analytics service, email provider, or similar partner is permitted to provide to us.
- Information from service providers: limited information received from providers or platforms when needed to deliver a requested feature, complete a transaction, attribute a referral, maintain security, or administer the Website.
We do not ask for or intend to collect highly sensitive information through general Website forms. Please do not send Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, account passwords, payment-card numbers, medical records, privileged legal materials, or similarly sensitive information through an ordinary contact form or email unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- operate, host, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Website and its features;
- respond to questions, contact requests, partnership inquiries, feedback, or support requests;
- deliver a Free Chapter, M.O.O.N. resource, download, email feature, or other item you request;
- administer The Monday Note, book updates, or other communications you choose to receive;
- process and document direct purchases, provide digital access or delivery, handle customer service, and maintain transaction records where applicable;
- send service, security, transactional, or administrative communications connected to an interaction you initiated;
- measure Website performance, understand how content and features are used, improve navigation and user experience, and diagnose technical problems;
- measure referral, affiliate, marketing, or campaign performance where those features are used;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, malicious activity, unauthorized access, or other security issues;
- comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims; and
- support a lawful financing, reorganization, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar business transaction.
If we use identifiable personal information for a materially different purpose, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent when applicable law requires it.
4. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Processing
If European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection law applies to a processing activity, our legal basis may include your consent, performance of a contract or steps you request before entering one, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and communicating about MondayHub where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
5. Free Chapter, Email Subscriptions, and Marketing
When you provide an email address to receive the Free Chapter or another requested resource, we use the address to deliver or make that resource available and to maintain reasonable delivery, security, and preference records.
If the same sign-up also includes The Monday Note, book updates, or other marketing communications, the form or adjacent notice should state that clearly and, where required, request the appropriate consent or permission. Requesting a download alone is not treated as consent to unrelated marketing where applicable law requires a separate choice.
Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe. We may retain a limited suppression record after an opt-out so that we can honor the request. Opting out of marketing does not prevent service or transactional communications reasonably necessary for a purchase, download, security matter, or other relationship you initiated.
6. Cookies, Analytics, Affiliate Links, and Marketing Technologies
The Website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs, tags, and similar technologies for essential operations, preferences, analytics, security, referral attribution, affiliate relationships, advertising, or marketing measurement. Some technologies may be set by third parties and may collect information directly from your browser or device.
MondayHub may participate in affiliate, referral, sponsorship, advertising, or other compensated relationships. Affiliate or referral links may contain identifiers that allow a third party to recognize that a visit or transaction originated through MondayHub. The third party may use cookies or similar technology and may provide us with attribution, conversion, or commission information as permitted by the applicable program. Material commercial relationships are disclosed as required by applicable law and our Terms of Use.
We do not sell personal information for money and do not rent or sell subscriber email addresses as mailing lists. Some analytics, advertising, affiliate, or cross-site tracking activities can nevertheless fall within statutory definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” in certain U.S. jurisdictions. Where an applicable law gives you an opt-out right for a technology we use, we will provide the legally required method to exercise it and recognize a valid browser-based opt-out preference signal when required by law.
Where applicable law requires prior consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will seek that consent before using the relevant technology. You may also be able to control cookies through your browser or through Website privacy controls when available.
7. Purchases and Payment Processing
If MondayHub offers a direct purchase, we may collect the information reasonably necessary to complete and document the transaction. Payment-card or similar payment credentials are generally processed by a third-party payment processor under that provider’s privacy and security practices.
Purchases made through Amazon or another external retailer, marketplace, app store, or platform are governed by that third party’s privacy policy. Living with AI LLC may receive limited sales, royalty, referral, or attribution information from those services but does not control information that the third party independently collects from you.
8. AI-Assisted and Automated Tools
MondayHub may use artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, or other automated tools to support editorial research and organization, drafting and editing, translation, formatting or design, analytics, spam detection, security, customer support, and other operational workflows. Public Website content may therefore be created, reviewed, or refined with AI assistance.
When an AI-enabled service provider is used in an operational workflow, we seek to limit personal information supplied to what is reasonably necessary for the task and to use available privacy and account controls appropriate to the context. Living with AI LLC does not intentionally use subscriber lists, private contact messages, or payment information as training datasets for a public-facing MondayHub generative-AI model.
The Website does not use automated decision-making to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning visitors. Please do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information through a general form merely because an automated or AI-assisted tool may be involved in processing the request.
9. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:
- hosting, infrastructure, security, content-delivery, website-development, and technical service providers;
- email-delivery, customer-communication, cloud-storage, analytics, and business-operations providers;
- payment processors, e-commerce providers, fulfillment providers, or transaction platforms when a purchase feature is used;
- affiliate, referral, advertising, sponsorship, or measurement partners when those technologies or relationships are used;
- AI-enabled or automated service providers for an operational purpose described in this Policy;
- professional advisers, accountants, insurers, auditors, or legal advisers where reasonably necessary;
- government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Website; and
- a buyer, successor, investor, lender, or other relevant party in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent. Some providers process information on our behalf, while external platforms may act independently for information they collect directly from you.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate legal, security, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping needs. Retention varies by the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
Subscription information is generally retained while a subscription is active, with limited suppression information retained after an opt-out to honor the request. Transaction and accounting records may be retained for legally required or reasonably necessary periods. Technical and security logs are retained according to operational, diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and security needs. Backups may preserve information for a limited additional period until overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle.
11. Security and International Processing
Living with AI LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Website and the information being processed. No website, network, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you should use reasonable care when sending information online.
Living with AI LLC is based in the United States. The Website and the service providers that support it may process or store information in the United States and other countries, which may have privacy laws different from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will rely on an available lawful transfer mechanism or other permitted safeguard.
12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the ability to:
- request information about or access to personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of personal information, subject to lawful exceptions;
- request a portable copy of certain information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of direct marketing;
- opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable;
- appeal a privacy-request decision where applicable law provides that right; and
- receive equal service and not be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
To make a privacy request, contact hello@mondayhub.net and describe your request and the jurisdiction in which you reside. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing certain requests and may deny or limit a request where applicable law permits or requires us to do so. An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law allows it and the required authorization is provided.
Residents of the EEA or UK may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority. Nothing in this Policy limits a privacy right that applicable law makes non-waivable.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and Living with AI LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a manner that requires parental consent, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
14. Third-Party Links, Embeds, and Platforms
The Website may contain links to or embedded content from retailers, social networks, media providers, payment services, analytics tools, affiliate partners, or other third parties. These parties may collect information directly from your browser or device and are responsible for their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing personal information.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Website, technology, business practices, or applicable law changes. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in the manner required by applicable law, which may include a notice on the Website, an updated notice at collection, an email, or a request for renewed consent when legally required.
